James Batesman: Man jailed for 12 years after driving car into crowd outside Kent pub

A person who hurt seven persons after intentionally traveling his car into a group outside a bar has been jailed for more than a decade.

James Bates, of Littlestone, Kent, ploughed into the Cinque Port Arms in New Romney High Street, Kent, on 24 Nov 2017.

Canterbury Overhead Court noticed that short minutes previous he previously been thrown by personnel after finding into a quantity of rupture with additional clients.

Bates then sped up his metallic Vauxhall Corsa, race towards masses in 33mph.

The accident was caught on CCTV.
